My way of working with eurythmy is the way of 'just doing it' and trusting it will take us somewhere. So I always emphasize 'the doing' beyond 'the knowing'. I also tend to be more down to the physical level of things and really work with the body. I think that doing the work on a physical level is the root of knowledge. I like intensive working but it is really important in my opinion to do also 'the after work'. The after resonance, - imagery and -messages that are transmitted to you after doing eurythmy are important part of my work when trying to gain understanding over something.
